cplexF.lp6 patch
The constants -0.297 and 0.504 for HexParameters= {0,2,2,2} were
incorrectly listed in an early version.  The files cplexF.lp6
give the corrected version.

try[i_] := ((Initialize[6, i]; LPdisplay[fText[i, #1]]) & ) /@ uu        
MathToCplexIn[16]:= uu                                                   
MathToCplexOut[16]= {34, 36, 37, 38, 40, 42, 43, 45, 46}                 
uu is the list of AllHex with HexParameters = {0,2,2,2}.
fText is the filename.

Map[try,lhexhi]//Max == 0.37461 
So it patches just fine.
