How to use:

1. Unzip in C:\
   A folder is created called wpp. 
  
2. Make a shortcut for the program winpp.exe to the Desktop
3. Create a folder called odes
4. Use Notepad to create a file in the odes folder.
5. Drag the file and drop it into the shortcut for winpp
   or
   Click on the shortcut and choose your file
